Actually, I am serious about the Japan pick. I wish I wasnt (because of the future), but this has nothing to do with hedging and everything to do with going to school on the first couple of games for both teams.
Denmarks defense is in shambles. They were horrendous against Cameroon, and only slightly better against Holland. The 3 goals they have let up were terrible mistakes, and there could have been many more. Kjaer is out who is their "best" central defender - and I dont see how you fix these types of massive problems before playing a good short passing side in Japan.
I cant ignore what I have seen so far - so my Denmark to advance bet will have to be sacrificed here..... I do believe Japan is a good bet today.

I'll be shocked if Bob Bradley doesn't stick with Bornstein again on Saturday. We'll also probably see Feilhaber coming in at the start of the second half for as long as we're in this tournament.

To be fair it's hard to produce great analysis after great analysis, it takes so much time and effort on Van's behalf. Every bad day he has had so far, there has been a bounce back very quickly. I expect the same from the best soccer capper on covers.
At 5Dimes to avoid what happened to you, go to the left of the Money Line column and where you see the teams listed with a spread, go to the little arrow beside the team you want. A pop down box will then show you a PICK (PK) option. On a ML bet , a tie loses. On a PK bet, a tie gives you a push. But note the difference in the juice.
