Why do EPL and French games always draw?

Question

I noticed that games in the EPL and France always draw, and many times the teams seem content to let the score finish 0-0 or 1-1. I know they get "points" for drawing, but lets be real drawing/tieing in competitive sports is losing. It seems prevalent in these two countries in particular, does anyone have any theory or reason why? Does the fact that both countries are feminized, pussified and full of sissy's have anything to do with the abundance of draws?

I have only bet small on these games so it's not really a big deal, but as a general sports fan it's tough to watch teams go out there and not care about winning. Does the culture of these countries impact the way teams play, like if one side wins will they hurt the other sides feelings?

I actually agree in  a sense about drawing in particuliar is basically the easy way out. But this a game that I have only wagered on for a few years but even a novice like myself has watched /read about  the blatant cheating and holding back.With that in mind I personally won&#x27;t /don&#x27;t wager on the sport any further. If I want to get screwed over I can think of other ways that don&#x27;t effect my finances.That is just my take and I don&#x27;t mean to pass judgement on all the great guys in this forum its just my opinion.

simply its an outcome teams must settle for if they are evenly matched up.. a point is gold for a weak team against a big team ( todays sunderland goal was icing on the cake )

It is worth a point for a reason. Some good teams settle for it, while some weak teams strive for it.&#xD;&#xA;If this poster wanted to learn how to bet soccer by learning how certain matchups are more draw proned, then there are plenty of knowledgeable cappers in here to give insight. But this poster simply is blowing off steam, and I just wasted 5 minutes of my sunday responding to a stupid thread, for the sake of the hard work the rest of our Forum puts in day in and day out.

Actually I really enjoy betting on teams like Real Madrid, Barcelona, FC Porto because they are the better team almost everytime they go out on the field and they play to win. Sure they draw every now and then or come out flat, but the point is they spank teams like they should, and the amount of draws in the EPL and France just does not make sense when these teams are loaded with talent and playing scrub teams but cannot manage to even score a goal? Not sure if it's the weenie countrys they play in or not ot if thats just a coincidence

Anyone who bet the City/Sunderland game, or saw it, can answer the question themselves.

City threw everything they had at Sunderland, admirable attitude, but left themselves exposed at the end and lost. Sunderland had no business even drawing that game, but they did. Points add up, American sports have the NOW NOW NOW attitude. But in soccer every point counts. There are no playoffs for the most part. So that's why people play conservative.

Replying to a troll thread, but it really is an interesting contrast in approaches with different sports.
