LOL Bake - three simple answers:

1.  The alley is critical for when I need to make a speedy getaway!

2.  Wife No. 1 got the sprawling ranch - I had a horribly incompetent divorce lawyer - I represented myself! and

Lapeyo ... two motorcycles?  LOL - why buy a car when you can ride a bike? 

JK - I only want a motorcycle so that I can legitimately wear leather chaps around town . . .  trust me when I say that its my illegitimate attempts to wear leather chaps around town that get me into trouble.    (humming YMCA and In the Navy" at the moment)
