I'll preface this by saying I had no betting interest in this game. This information comes form a person who's a very big bettor and always has a lot of information. This match was not fixed before the game so he had no idea of what happened until he heard a few days later.
On the final day of the Premiership, the matches are supposed to start at the same time. They did but this match fell behind the Bolton- Stoke City match as the first half ran a bit long as did the halftime break. There were a lot of stoppages in the second half so the Bolton- Stoke result was known to the clubs at the 89 minute mark of the match. That meant that QPR was safe from relegation no matter what happened. They had a 2-1 lead at the time and that's when the plan was put into motion.
Had Manchester City lost this game, it would have been remembered for the next five hundred years and the zillionaires that spent a fortune putting this club together were not going to let that happen. The QPR sideline was informed to let Manchester City win but don't make it look too obvious. That's hard to do when you've fought like hell and played tight defense the entire game. When Dzeko tied it on the header, there wasn't anyone within a mile of him. On the winning goal, the entire QPR defense parted the sea and the goalie gave Aguero the entire short side to shoot at and made sure he was leaning the other way so Aguero would know where to shoot.
The QPR ownership, management and players were all taken care of and at the end of the day, they still got to stay in the Premiership. This will probably never come out but it happened and as the old saying goes. Business is business.

yes it was suspicious, thanks for pointing out, i will keep betting on EPL tho. at that moment, i have City ML as a part of my small stake parlay (which eventually lose because fucking barcelona got drawn by betis), so i sweat a bit but it still an enjoyable moment, regardless fixed or not.

Go read "The Fix" by Declan Hill, and step your match fixing knowledge up.
You stated that the Bolton-Stoke result was known to QPR in the 89th minute. That is the only part of your bullshit post that is true.
The QPR players had an incredible amount of stress and weight on their shoulders the entire week, and obviously the entire match. Those men played their heart out, and was one of the most impressive performances I have ever witnessed. To hang, and be ahead of a team who is ---- i'll stop myself, we all know what was at stake that night.
In the 89th minute that weight was finally lifted. Players jumping up and down on the sidelines assured that the mission had been accomplished: Stay in the Premier League. Those players were exhausted, especially playing down a man. They were running on pure adrenaline.
Once the news spread, they could breathe a sigh of relief. Take a little deeper of a breath, and truly enjoy their last minutes of the season on the pitch. Again, mission accomplished.
That's not taking anything away from Manchester City. QPR simply did not give up, or let them score. But 8 men who were fighting for their life, quickly changed to the same bland men in QPR jersey's we seen throughout their disappointing EPL campaign. --- All while, yes... Manchester City was still playing the most important game of their lives.
For Manchester City to score those 2 goals, with those circumstances... incredible. But I definitely hold the opinion that if QPR was not safe from relegation, they could forget those 2 goals.
Get the fuck out of here with that "fix" bullshit. Give me a break.

It sounds suspicious the way they came back , but they did the same thing against sporting CP but it was too late there. I don't think fixing was the case, that would cause City to relegate and big fine and lose players who wouldn't wanna play in the championship.
If it was seri A or turkish, greek I'd buy it.
