in the big scheme of things, no. 

But in my opinion, those who bet 10 and 25 dollars want to win as much as those who are putting 1000 on the match, it just takes more to stimulate the $1000 bettor.

The percentages are merely to point out that there IS a formula if someone wants to win exactly 1 unit.

But like P said, he puts more emphasis on the draw or the win depending on how he feels.
