just heard a report on local philly news station that cole and his agent have told the phillies they r looking for a 7 year contract extension

rough guesstimate would be around 25 mil per season, not sure if the phillies would be willing or able to do that...doc,lee,utley,howard all have big contracts for the next few seasons, by giving cole all this money, they wouldnt be able to add another significant bat which is what they r missing right now (besides the shitty bullpen)...gonna be interesting to see how this pans out

NICOLAS ALMAGO lost the 2nd SET 6/3. Making for a really nice match regardless of the 3rd SET, this match is on TENNISTV and is enjoyable.

raff sources already said that Hamels and Vic are to be traded.  I really like Hamels (one of my fav Phils other than Utley) but they have too much money wrapped up with those guys that you just named to be able to give that money away.  I find it to be a huge bite in the ass everytime the Phillies have signed someone to a long term contract so far.  But if Hamels really is looking for a 7 year contract it will be gone.

Ok my Iceland game isn't on the board at Futbol 24 wit starts in like 20min 3:15 start on 5/14 what gives?

i honestly think their is no way they can trade hamels unless they really believe they have no chance of making the postseason...if they did trade him though, they could get 2 or 3 top prospects, although u never know how that will turn out either...aka dominic brown

gamble I noticed that too.  I just checked soccerway and now they only show 1 game today, and 5 iceland games tomorrow
