I rarely find vale on big name public favs playing a tight schedule late in the season. But Bayern will have all the players available and Wolfsburg don't play any D and even what we could call a Bayern's mixed squad will have all the parts needed to win this one comfortably. BTW I hate tika-taka, I think it' has done even more damage to the game than catenaccio did. Herrera must be rolling in his grave every time Pep steps on the field.

Messi is great for football promotion, but wtaching Barca is as boring as watching grass grow and I'm guessing you're way too young to have watched catenaccio in the 80's, not to mention the original version from late 60's/ early 70', because you probably wouldn't be asking the question.
Yes, Barca score a lot of goals, but what most people don't get is that tika-taka is the pinnacle of the defensive tactics in this era, like catenaccio was in times before that. And now we will have years and years and generations of coaches trying to more or less copy the system. Dreadful thought IMO. because when you take out Messi all you're left with is a full court press for '90. Who in the word wants to watch that??

Bayern playing tiki taki football ? Boring ?
Wow, I think their is a huge difference between the " tiki taki " football that Barca play, and the attacking, possession football that Bayern play. Bayern are a goal scoring machine, and hardly " boring to watch ". And yes I am old enough to remember the 60's and 70's, but I am hard pressed to find any team in that 40 to 50 years, that are as dominant as the present Bayern team. And yes, they are even better then last year when they won all 4 trophies.

I never said Bayern was boring, but you probably realised that if you read the next post.... and of course they aren't boring, Heynckess did too much good in his spell there for Pep to *uck it up in 6 months.
And please let's not get ahead of ourselves and start calling them the greatest team ever. Yes they have been very good in the last year and a half, but they have to repeat this a few times before they even get in contention. Let them try Paisley's Liverpool from the late 70's/early 80's with 6 league and 5 European titles in 9 years for size. And this is coming from a Bayern fan.
