You are risking 4 units to win 2. If Team X loses, you are -4.00 units. If Team X wins, you are +2.00 units
Team Y to win at +150 (1 unit)
You are risking 1 unit to win 1.50 units. If Team Y loses, you lose 1 unit. If Team Y wins, you win 1.50 units
So lets say this happens:
Team X -200 (2 unit play) WON = +2.00
Team Y +150 (1 unit play) LOST = -1.00
Total for the day 1-1 +1.00 unit
A "unit" is whatever the hell amount you want it to be, For many, a normal bet is $100. That would be a 1 unit bet for them.
If you are betting ManU +135, then you are risking $100 to win $135, or risking 1 unit to win 1.35 units
If you are betting West Ham -123, then you are risking $123 to win $100, or risking 1.23 units to win 1 unit
If you are betting ManU +135, then you are risking $100 to win $135, or risking 1 unit to win 1.35 units
If you are betting West Ham -123, then you are risking $123 to win $100, or risking 1.23 units to win 1 unit
