DRAGONS v. ROOSTERS (Dragons +10.5)

A clear rating advantage for the Dragons is in their very classy backline. The Dragons have a very big advantage in their outside backs and the edge in the 1-6-7-9 but there is nothing in the forward packs for both teams. Obviously the Dragons are up the top of the ladder and the Roosters are tailing out but when you look at the representative forwards in both packs, it should be a battle royal for up front supremacy. The length of the contest will come down to who gets on top early as the Roosters may not have the guts for a scrap if they fall behind early. The Dragons will get the bickies but if you are having a shot at the margins, take both the 1-12 and the 13+ the Dragons. Do not be surprised to see Nightingale into the backs and Prior slotting into the pack as this kid will play for Australia and be one of the very best, has a lot of Running Ronny Coote about him, big wrap, lets see.

BRONCOS v. WARRIORS (Broncos + 2.5) 

Another game where one team has a big advantage in the attacking backs and the other team hold a very big advantage in the pack and of the bench. The Broncos have knock out punches all over the outside backs but have nothing in the pack. Clinton has shown that he is a lover not a fighter and with the young colts up front if he does not stand up the Brinking Broncos may be in for a very torrid gallop. The Warriors are getting a very big start at the betting agencies and even though there is a slight score advantage for the home side, the large start could be the way to go with the Warriors.
