Vegas balances its accounts. look at today's results. Look at the results since beginning of the second half of the season. The Blue Jays are suddenly Don Mattingly incorporated with Chis Sale at his best and Aaron Judge at his prime? Oakland beating twice in a row the Astros who also had their sudden place under the sun? The Marlins embarrassing the Brewers who beat everyone they could in last two weeks? I was on the Marlins and also cashed in with the A's and stayed out of Detroit games for entire second half of the season. I am not buying Vegas sells. Never did. But, once Vegas made at least the effort to conceal it. Nowadays - no more. |

I understand that the Tigers have an 8 game lead in their division and can "afford" dropping few games. But, how long till the disgusting underperformance resulting in losing their fans money will go unpunished?
Few years back I was commuting on train from Paddington station in London to Manchester and met some couple from Manchester. When I asked who they liked more - Man City or the United - they answered that Cityzens because the United is liked by everyone else but the locals, but they mainly like Rugby. Why? because the Rugby players still go to the Pubs where you can beat the $hit out of them if they underperform (escaped me how one can beat up the Rugby players, but that is not the point) while the footballers are not coming to local pubs anymore. The mighty Tigers are 1-10 in their last 11 games... Come on? How much more Vegas can poke the fans in the eyes? How long till the manager goes home? |

The Yankees played 10 games in a row resulting in OVER. Last night was the obvious “finger in your eyes” disguised as a dramatic win over the Mariners while at the bottom of the 9 the score was 5-3 with the totals line of 9.5. The Yankees “salvaged” the draw 5-5 to win the game in the 10 6-5. Vegas was happy and the Yankees die hard fans were happy. But the bettors who were big on Under because of 9 consecutive Overs before were furious seeing the obvious give up by the Mariners and take it all by the Yankees. But, since all that was disguised professionally with the super dramatic comeback victory – the BS was not noticed by the general public. Yankees rally past Mariners 6-5 in 10 innings after going hitless against Bryan Woo until the 8th Yankees were down to their final strike multiple times before tying it on Wells' two-run single off All-Star closer Andrés Muñoz in the ninth. So, will the Vegas giving continue? I don’t think so because according to P......e – the most bettors and 3 out of each 4 dollars are on OVER today while the odds and the line moved in an opposite direction. Strongest pick of the evening |

The Yankees are 10 games in a row OVER. Yesterday the "salvaged" OVER in the bottom of the 9th doing books a big favor. How long this book gifting will continue? |

Do the books close winning bettors accounts? Is there any truth in that?
in Gaming Industry - US I'm interested to know if any books have ever closed or limited the players who were winning? I want to know what books are those and what was the reason they claimed or used as an excuse. I also want to know if by closing the accounts they also seized the funds? I am mostly interested to know the numbers - like what were the winnings causing the action, and by what was the proportion between the initial deposit and the bankroll at the closing or limiting point? Bet365, Stake, Pinnacle, VC, Draftkings etc. Please tell |

Is any truth in claims that Winning Bettors Accounts are being closed or limited by the books?
in Gaming Industry - US I heard it many times - but is there any truth in that? I am especially interested to know if books like Stake, Bet365, Pinnacle, Sportsbet. VC have closed winning players accounts seizing the money or returning the winnings or limiting the winning gamblers? |
