it depends if it it said dead heat or not anywhere on the bet slip or their official rules.&#xA;you will have to do the research.

@PeAceMaKer7690&#xA; nothing on bet slip said ties count against you, or ties will be decided by the house.  they are just trying&#xA;to have a heads I win tails you lose situation.  they should just declare "ties lose" if they want to win more bets.  they are&#xA;seeing what they can get away with.
