Is it just me or is there a lot of value in taking overs in 4th round?

This course is playing very difficult and birdies are hard to come by.   Was surprised seeing some of the individual over/under numbers.   I'm on :

Zack Johnson over 68.5 +110
Kevin Kisner over 68.5 -110
Jason Day over 67.5 -110
Brooks Koepka over 67.5 -110
Ian Poilter over 68.5 +110
