I had Bjork too. But I grabbed Aberg +3000 and +2200 when he was down 3 on the 13th. Can't believe the books even offered it. Was able to come out even, plus a little pocket money,
I am really happy with the odds for the Scottish open. There are only a few heavy hitters. McIlroy, and he has the back pain, and is looking kind of old and tired right now. I know he he most likely to win, but I am just saying there is a very very easy way he is not even in top 50 after 9 holes and goes away. Sure not likely, but it makes the odds on everyone else seem really good. After McIlroy, who is up there? Hatton, MinWoo, Scott, Lowry? None of those 4 are consistent. None of them do well round 1. Only Hatton is in good form, and really it is just okay form. He hasn't been in the top 5 much last 10 weeks.
You have these European tour guys who are playing really well at much better odds. Bjork. Meronk, J Smith, Paul. And then the guys at long odds who are really just as likely to win. Langasque, Otageui, Larrazabel, Migliozi, Syme, etc. There are 20 guys 80-1 to 300-1 that should have about 50% of the equity here. I emptied the piggy bank on this one. Going with DKs allowance to parlay with football to get some really long odds. (can literally just bet both sides of the same football bet and parlay with golf winner to boost the golf winner odds)
