Stenson won this event last year but at a different course.
Stenson was also playing much better golf last year.
Going against Stenson.  Watching the US Open last week the announcers said Stenson "looked disinterested, not his usual self".
Sure been playing lousy.  Going against Stenson with 2 plays
    Garcia -120
    Wiesberger +110

    Jordan Smith -115 v Dubuisson
Smith is a very highly regarded rookie, already 109 OWGR vs. Victor 129 OWGR
Smith having very consistent season, makes almost every cut and already has 8 top 20 finishes and 3 top 8 finishes.
Victor very talented but an enigma.  Can be very good when on but very up and down and has a lot of MC and has MC in 3 of last 5
Race to Dubai Smith is 38th and Victor is 81st

    Sullivan Even v Luitten.
Luitten did have a T7 at the Lyoness in Austria but before that his 4 events were MC, T24, T31, T29.
Watching the Lyoness they said that in an interview Luitten admitted he hasn't had his "A" game.  Not playing his best so I'll take Sullivan the Ryder Cup player who is a pretty good little player.

    Burmeister +105 v Stone
Burmeister coming off a T9 at BMW Wentworth which is a very good big money event at a very tough course.
5 starts back he won the Tswane Open at -18.
Burmeister has made 11 cuts in a row!
Stone has MC in 2 of last 5 events.

    Fritelli -105 v Oleson
Frittelli 6 of last 9 events he has finished top 19
Frittelli won his last event the Lyoness at -12
Frittelli very athletic and hits it a long way

Oleson last 9 events has 2 top 8 finishes and nothing else better than T29
    OWGR Frittelli 75th Oleson 91st
Race to Dubai Frittelli 17th  Oleson 64th

    Good luck

    good luck, sacker

Dylan Frittelli VERY impressive winning @ Lyoness two weeks ago. I chanced him over "Juice" Luiten +105 and his "to win" @ 30-1. he could go B2B. don't know about Andy Sullivan. hasn't played much golf lately and could be rusty. I have Thor Olesen -110 over him. Thor one of those players like Tommy Fleetwood that is either Top 5 or a CUT. agree with the Dean Burmester play and fading "Dooby"

young Renato Paratore @ 60-1 is interesting after winning @  Nordea along with crazy "high odds" long shots Alvaro Quiros 100-1 (WON @ Sicily - playoff), Zander Lombard 150-1 (2nd @ Sicily - playoff) Matthieu Pavon 150-1 (6th @ Nordea & 3rd @ Portugal) and Edoardo Molinari 150-1 (WON @ Trophee Hassan)

I would like to see "Stormy" do well. small 80-1 "to win" on him this week. recent T-15th @ Lyoness [-5] and T-6th @ BMW PGA [-7] with a final 3rd/4th rounds "blow up" @ Nordea [+2/+3] for [even] T-41st in between. was hot early season with T- 4th @ Leopard Creek [-12] and WIN @ South Africa Open [-18]

funny. I just threw a $10 "sprinkle" on Zanotti's "to win" @ 50-1 because of his T-5th @ Shenzhen and WIN @ Maybank

    WTF is going on!

Frittelli is SO SO much better than Oleson and I bet against Oleson and he plays lights out (-5 thru 13)

Burmeister is so so much better than Stone and Stone plays lights out (-4 thru 10).

Luitten has been crap for 2 months and he plays lights out (-6)

The big man upstairs doesn't like me.

probably because I MUSHED you, sacker. I have a Frittelli over Luiten tourney match play AND Olesen over Sullivan  >>> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ulWjFfLsL0

btw, about the time I GIVE UP on James Morrison the bugger shoots an opening 6 birdie 1 bogie [-5] two back of 1st round leader Thomas Detry who was a "field hand" this week OR I would have chanced him
. Sergio Garcia rolling @ [-6]. LOOK OUT!!! watching last night the weather conditions look perfect. stays like this all weekend it will take [-20] or better to win

    Be surprised if Oleson wins.
    He isn't that good.
    Look at his record.
You mustve gotten very big odds on him.
This is a tourney with some very good players.
You are looking a lot better than I am with my Frittelli against Oleson.

actually Thor has had kind of a golfing "epiphany" lately with his tied 4th @ Nordea [-9] and tied 8th @ Shenzhen [-13] . he has been the "Great Dane" in the past with wins @ the Turkish Airlines Open [-20] last November and the Alfred Dunhill Links in 2015 [-18]. his "to win" odds were actually pretty low pre-tourney @ 30-1 along with Dylan Frittelli and Andy Sullivan

BUT after the first round I would have to think the favorites would have to be Sergio Garcia @ [-6] Tommy Fleetwood @ [-5] and Henrik Stenson @ [-5] with the "Who ???" leader Aussie Wade Ormsby @ [-8]. you can probably throw in Joost Luiten too @ [-6] (esp since I bet AGAINST him this week)

Thor every now and then plays well.
More often he is up the track.
He is the favorite. That's bc he has done well from time to time. His good finishes recently were in weak fields.
Still his up the track finishes far outweigh his good finishes. No epifany going on.
He will revert to his average norm which is pedestrian.
He is one of those guys who if I bet against seems to play his best
    F him!

2 of last 9 events better than T29 for Oleson.
And I bet against him recently in one of them when I had Colsaerts at the Nordea and Colsaerts played well enough to win but that was a week Oleson played welll. Well Oleson is doing it to me again.
Most weeks he is not good.

WOW!!! Frittelli came on the final two rounds after barely "squeeking" the cut for a tourney [-9] vs Thor [-5] and saves me a "putch" with Luiten. Dylan could have been even better BUT freeking doubled on #16
