I am picking under because first, Seattle isn't as deadly as they used to be so I'm sure rams defense will give Wilson trouble. 2nd. Rams is 4-0 on the over this year so far.  I gotta fade a 4-0 over. Teams don't go straight under or over for long. This game has the set up for the under for Rams. Their previous teams all can score and score fast. Wilson after watching him play Green Bay. Against a green bay defense. He was struggling. Now he up against a better defense. If it doesn't hit under tonight for Rams. I will slam next week Ram under double the units I put on this game. Cause Im 10000% sure it is either under this game or next week for the Rams. 

Also. The only game Wilson and the Seahawks went over this year was due to overtime

Under now that I thought about it Seattle hasn't been that great

 Weather will be a factor here.  I don't think LA's passing game will do well because Stafford has been protected by domes his whole career.  Wilson's mobility will be a problem. Seattle outright win
