and what was our population in 1791? These stats sound cool, but they really mean nothing. Its like trying to compare apples and oranges.
also bush 2 spent more in one year then the first 100 congresses.
In 100 years from now when our population is even bigger, somebody will writing about how that President spent more in one year, then the first 200 congresses.
Life still goes on, tomorrow is just another day.
