Why do people hate the U.S. Government.

In general, many people hate paying taxes.  Historically, Americans have always been suspicious of government.  Hatred may have grown during past decade of struggles with big challenges such as Afganistan, Iraq, homeland security, Katrina and Obamacare.  Most cases plagued by errors, delays and cost overruns.  Furthermore, endless complaints erode public trust. 

Although politicians may be corrupt and incompetent, professional civil servants generally do a good job.  Examples: NASA, disease control and federal reserve.  Also Americans love medicare, social security and environmental laws.

The US government has an imperialistic foreign policy out of greed.

The US government sends its own citizens to die out of greed.

The US government sends its own citizens to jail out of greed.

The US government punishes successful people out of greed.

The US government created a corrupt criminal justice system out of greed.

The US government gives themselves raises while others suffer.

The US government gives politicians better lives over its soldiers.

The US government has taken ownership of the private sector.

The US government no longer believes in the right to privacy.

The US government no longer believes in the declaration of independence, the bill of rights or the US constitution.

The US government doesn’t protect its citizens. It puts its citizens in danger because of its foreign policy.

The US government has given police absolute power. Police used to be servants to the people. Now, police officers are autocrats. We live under a policed state.   

Just to name a few

I have traveled half of the world.. Trust me on this, THE UNITED STATES IS BY FAR THE BEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD..

Most of you are too ignorant to know better.

Now if you don't like all the benefits you get,, Freedom etc..  Don't let the door hit you on the way out.  You're like the guy at the buffet, eating, complaining about the cost, and yet wants more.

Killer_B, our freedoms are already gone. The US is the best country by DEFAULT! The world is so damn screwed up.

Don, you've traveled the world? I have also been around. That means you have witnessed first hand what a fascist, socialist, communist country looks like?

You have seen what a fascist, socialist, communist country looks like in person and you still are a socialist democrat? WOW, you're incredibly stupid.

People from those countries come to this country to get away from fascist, socialist, communists. You are cheering for fascist, socialist, communist democrats in this country. This country is slowly transforming into the country all immigrants left from. 

I know the republicans suck just as bad. What you should be doing is cheering for BOTH parties to fail.
