The USA [ under MAGA 'Badministration' ] has fallen to its worst-ever position in a leading global index that measures perception of corruption in the public sector among independent experts and business people.... 29th place, in Transparency International’s Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI). 

 The US ranking has been on a downward trend for the past decade [ie, since trump first entered the WH]. It took another hit in 2025, when the Trump administration gutted the federal government’s ability to fight public corruption by pausing investigations into corporate foreign bribery and curtailing enforcement of a foreign agent registration law, among other measures. 

According to Washington monthly, Trump is the worst president in US history.  Among future historians, his legacy is likely to be constitutional violations, abuses of power against critics and his corruption.

Results are based on nearly 200 responses from scholars across multiple disciplines whose work engages presidential politics.

This is the third such survey by University of Houston political scientist Brandon Rottinghaus and Coastal Carolina University professor Justin Vaughn.

Their survey put Biden in 14th place with a score of 62.6  

Trump ranked 45th (last) with a paltry score of just  10.9   

The behaviors that made Trump worst have strengthened in his second term.

Even if he racks up an achievement or two in the next couple of years, we can be confident that Donald Trump will be viewed as the worst president in U.S. history.

With every day bringing a fresh outrage, it’s hard to know what will stick over time. My guess is that historians of the future will focus on three surpassing abuses:

•  The violation of his oath to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution.
•  His misuse of White House power to threaten and punish his critics.
•  His gobsmacking corruption!

Mark Kelly should face expulsion (at a minimum) from the Senate for his actions telling soldiers to disobey orders. 

This is treasonous behavior that in previous years would have resulted in certain hanging.... You are a lucky man, Mark....    This man is not a hero.. He is a modern day Benedict Arnold that you could reasonably argue should be executed.  That would put a stop immediately to such treasonous behaviour.

People (Democrats) still think Trump is acting in vacuum in the war against Iran. That he never considered Iran's blocking the Strait of Hormuz. I think he is so far ahead of everyone and the taking out of Maduro was part of the overall plan. He insured oil was available in the Western Hemisphere. He is playing chess while everyone is not even playing checkers.     What could have been 2 different headlines for late 2026:

1. Trump attacks Iran. Democrats say he's destroying American economy.
2. Iran uses Nuclear weapon on Israel and USA: Democrats scream that Trump should have attacked Iran !
