Wealth is about much money and valuable assets..  Conversely, how poor would sellers be if land is sold for $1?  Air is free and abundant but most people don't value air much. 

Land owners feel richer in a strong market with high prices when demand exceeds supply.  If sold at a high price, more money is received to spend..

Understandably, Be easy is on the side of buyers by advocating low prices which increase affordability and trading.  

I guess it all depends if the increases are natural or from unscrupulous regulation and policy making.

The US is the king of the unnatural and unscrupulous. Think about it.

I you want a raise at your job, your company is gonna have to raise their prices to pay for your raise and others.

So really start living in reality and stop reading all those extreme books, written by fruit cakes

Beeasy, i gave a perfect example of why the price of things go up, but you failed to grasp that.

Let me say it again, when little beeasy and all his fellow workers want a raise and your company gives it to you, that company then needs to raise their prices to the consumer to pay for your raises.

Let me give you another example, when a football player wants a new contract for millions of dollars and gets those millions, the owner is forced to raise ticket prices on the fans.

Do i need to keep giving you simple explanations why prices of things go up or can you grasp that.

It really seems like you are living in some dream based reality.

Hey Beeasy, i agree with your concept.  why get a raise if everything else goes up in cost anyways.

It would be great if nothing went up in price and always stayed the same, but thats not gonna happen in a zillion years.

Yes beeasy the costs of products go up becuase the costs of peoples wages going up. Only other reason the price of something going up, would be if the company just wants to raise the cost of a product, so that they can make more profit.

am shocked that you dont undertsand the rise in prices of anything is directly because of those 2 factors i just wrote.
