Florida's people elected that "alleged' thief and will probably do it again. He is a high stakes,immoral business man who will screw the people out their money for fun.

Maybe he sees it as a state government doing fundraising for a special interest. 

It could be as simple as payback, to liberal groups using the state for fundraising.
