    an_speak Majority of US Thinks Trump’s War With Iran Will Last Months or Years

    Mediaite -
    A majority of Americans believe there is no immediate end to the Iran war [which trump started] — despite Trump's repeated instance from the outset that the conflict would be quick. an_beatup

    According to a new poll from CBS News out Sunday, a paltry 9% of Americans believe the war will wrap up with in days or weeks, whereas 37% think the conflict will go on for months, and another 21 percent say it will last years. (33% responded that they're not sure.)

    The problem is that Israel owns your country. If they say jump, you ask, "How high?"

    50 %+ of your problems would instantly disappear if you didn’t follow Israel's instructions. You are pretty much the only country on earth holding your hands out to them. Most of the world hates them - with some odd exceptions - primarily Germany and Poland which have other reasons not wanting to join a person hating train - but let’s be real hating Israel has nothing to do with them being J3ws - that is ridiculous — you can even see here on covers - not being allowed to say the J. Word - like that is offensive in any way

    If I was a J3w I would take offense of that - It is not a slur word - it is just people that belong to a certain religious group by birth

    For the first time in years, polls show most Americans prefer democrats in handling of US economy.  This should not be surprising.  For decades, economy tends to perform better under democrat presidents.  Before 2024 election, economists warn that Harris has better economic policies than Trump.  Now his tariffs, wars and mass deportation hurt economic growth.

    @fubah2

     I told you a month ago my Pollster has it at Dems +10! Point being like I stated then it’s not close!

    But again I keep stating Dems will win both the House & Senate but this will be a shallow victory because a ton of voters are sitting on the sidelines refusing to vote for Dems & Republicans!

    When you poll likely voters you get Dems high single digits in the Generic Ballot! But what’s unique in 2026 is a lot of former voters are Not likely voters!

    Voters are sidelined because they don’t like Republican & Democrat Policies! And Socialist Dems are defeating Establishment Dems because SDs don’t have a track record, they get to lie & make empty promises! Right Now 60% of the Dem Party identifies as Socialist & it’s causing a Civil Political War inside the Dem Party.

    I’ll give you an example of how the Socialist Dems will betray you! DATA Centers! Data centers policies can determine who wins in this mid term elections! Dem Establishment & Republican Establishment are PRO Data Centers even the ones who claim they aren’t look closely they’re! Socialist Dems are vehemently against Data Centers (So am I, I’m a Conservative) but once they take Power the Socialist Dems will allow Data Centers under their terms, the Socialist Dem Politicians will Gas Light their own peeps! I’m looking forward to watching it all.

    @thirdperson

     The US Economy is toast! Dems have zero chance of fixing it! In 2029 Dems will be in the exact position Trump is in right now or worse! By then I will have my money sitting in winning tickets with big odds for 2030.

    Also I’m about to make a lot of money on the Democrat nominee for POTUS in 2028 it could surpass my 65-1 Victory on the Seahawks to win the Super Bowl & should surpass my 32-1 Seahawk Victory to win the NFC Championship & is a lock to surpass my 3-1 victory to win the NFC West!

    I placed my large bets on the 2026 Mid Terms long ago! Winning Political Handicappers had their money down in early 2025 for the 2026 mid terms! That’s the standard for USA Election Winning betting!

    Trump's net approval on jobs

    is at minus 22 points in aggregated figures, which include Reuters/Ipsos polling.

    That is a stark contrast from Trump being up by nine points in January 2025, at the start of his second term, a massive 31-point decline.

    Trump's polling woes continue

    as he fell to a new record low since his return to the White House, according to a new Reuters/Ipsos survey, with only one in three Americans approving of his job performance. thejester

    The poll, released on Aug. 17, found that

    only 33% of Americans approved of Trump's performance, paint_help

    down 2 percentage points from another Reuters/Ipsos poll from earlier this month.

    an_police Trump's performance on the Aug. 17 poll marks the lowest approval rating the president has seen in Reuters/Ipsos tracking since his return to the White House in 2025.

    The numbers tie Trump's worst approval rating during his first term in office.

     Oh no question about it if Biden had pulled that catering cart hidey scheme he would have been roasted by all the extremist media and even Trump himself yet here we are with hardly a peep about this cowardice and selfish gutter snake which he is.

    WOW!  That means a net negative approval in the vast majority of republican states.

    I really can't bitch because I don't shop at Walmart but I will anyway.

    Walmart received 2.9 billion in a tariff refund that consumers paid for.

    If that doesn't piss you off, I don't know what will.

    Red state Kentucky

    illustrates how much the political map has shifted.

    It began Trump's second term at +23 net approval  and now sits at -7.
