Problem is allowing supreme courts to determine abortion policy.  Since abortion is healthcare, the most qualified people to make decisions should be doctors and patients.

Judge rejects Hunter Biden's bid to dismiss the federal gun charges against him

The federal judge overseeing a case involving gun charges against Hunter Biden rejected efforts by the president’s son to have the case dismissed.

Judge Maryellen Noreika denied all five of Biden’s motions, keeping the case on track for a June trial in Delaware. Biden was indicted in September on three counts tied to possession of a gun while using narcotics.

We have laws and it's a crime.  If found guilty in a court of law he must face the consequences the same as anyone else, imo. NO special treatment because of who he is.

its fraudulent coverage of the 2020 election.

The move comes as the staunchly pro-Trump website,
which promoted the false notion that the 2020 election
was stolen by President Joe Biden and his allies,
faces multiple lawsuits over its bogus claims. 

Gateway pundit is one of several media outlets facing consequences for promoting 2020 election lies.  Fox news paid $787 million to settle defamation lawsuit from Dominion voting systems.  One America news settled a lawsuit from Smartmatic.  Fake news that harm people is vulnerable to lawsuits.  In contrast, far harder to sue media outlets that tell the truth.

Meadows, Giuliani among indicted in Arizona in latest 2020 election subversion case

A grand jury in Arizona has handed up an indictment against former President Donald Trump’s allies over their efforts to overturn his 2020 election loss, including the fake electors from that state and several individuals connected to his campaign.

Boris Epshteyn, a former White House aide who remains one of Trump’s closest advisers; former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows; and Rudy Giuliani are among those who have been indicted, according to a source familiar with the investigation.

The scheme, according to the indictment,

called for the fake electors to fraudulently vote for Trump, “falsely claiming to be the duly elected and qualified Electors for President and Vice President of the United States from the State of Arizona.”

**This is at least 3 states now and possibly more!!

This scheme failed on January 6, 2021, when then-Vice President Mike Pence accepted the electoral votes for Joe Biden, the indictment says.

Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs told CNN’s Abby Phillip that

she hoped to see those indicted held accountable.

“As Secretary of State I oversaw free, fair, secure elections in Arizona and defended the votes of millions of Arizonans,” Hobbs said on “NewsNight.” “I am confident that Attorney General Mayes conducted a fair and impartial investigation and grand jury process, and now the justice system will do its job.”

The Arizona case is the latest state-level prosecution aimed at schemes to upend Biden’s electoral victory. Prosecutors in Michigan, Georgia and Nevada also have brought criminal charges against some of the people who signed on as fake electors in those states. Investigators in Wisconsin are conducting a similar probe.

The Justice Department on Friday is expected to announce the indictment of US Rep. Henry Cuellar, a Texas Democrat, a source familiar with the situation told CNN. Cuellar’s home and campaign office in Laredo, Texas, were raided by the FBI in 2022.

  The charges against Cuellar are not yet publicly available.

Wyoming voided 28% of its voter registrations which is about 83,500 people following a voter purge mandated by state law.

Wyoming law requires county clerks to cancel the registrations of voters who did not vote in the most recent general election.

I would imagine many don't even know about this law & will get one helluva surprise in November.
