The father of an 18-year-old woman shot to death in North Chicago said Sunday he believes the crime was gang-related and that his daughter was an innocent victim. Janay McFarlane of the 8900 block of South Lowe in Chicago died Friday night, hours after her sister, Destini, 14, who heard President Barack Obama speak at Hyde Park Career Academy about measures to reduce violence.
(And Oscar Marquez, 17, a junior at Marine Math and Science Academy died Saturday night after a gunman opened fire on the car carrying Marquez)

It is uncanny how trouble seems to come to people who go near Obama.
Just a few weeks ago, A 15-year-old majorette who performed at some of President Barack Obama's recent inauguration festivities was shot to death.
And, just think of all the companies that have gone under after Obama visited them.
The guy is like King Midas, in reverse.
Of course Chicago is a failed city run by a feckless, corrupt, useless Mayor. But at least he's some sort of tough guy, right?
