Looking for Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito to retire if Dem should retake majority of the upper chamber in the upcoming Midterms. My guess is U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon will get Tramp's top pick for the Justice Alito vacant seat.
I can't imagine Democrats control the Senate in 2027, but currently they're slightly favored in the prediction markets.
Cannon would seem a likely choice given he wants partisans on the bench.
