the baseless claims of a stolen election pushed by President Donald Trump and
his accomplices have further inflamed America at a time of peril.

The Commerce Department's Office of Inspector General said it will investigate how
two former Trump officials posted dubious papers questioning man-made climate change
using government logos but *WITHOUT* the approval of the Trump administration.
Trump appointees David Legates and Ryan Maue, both senior NOAA officials since November,
had been reassigned recently after it was discovered they posted the controversial
documents to nongovernment websites.
