According to Propublica, congressional investigations found Trump administration used food aid program for political gain.  $6 billion food to family program was created by department of agriculture to give away food that might have otherwise gone to waste.  Instead millions of dollars went to unqualified companies and help Trump's election campaign.  Biden ended the program in May.
