i was thinking this will be perfect for a live bet. memphis begins the game with.... THE LEAD?! until the half when celtics make a marvelous come back. i dunno, though. grizzlies suck so bad. lmao. they contributed to the few losing bets i placed on the nba this season. i definitely think today will be a good under day. i actually wanted to take the under on this game. was also looking at the under for the raptors and lakers

BidD, give us the skinny on both Texas teams today.
The Longhorns will be with out Bamba and Eric Davis Jr. Man did I want to bet the Longhorns bad after KU locked up the conference and came off that revenge game win...you know that yolo bet I talked about and didn't put a penny on? FML. But without these 2 guys I don't think I can play em.
I like your wreck em Raiders, even at Morgan Town. They have good guards that know how to break the press. They'll make wvu work on defense by killing the clock with that motion offense. Always a bad match up for Huggy.

i wouldn't trust the long horns without those two. i seen this being a complete blowout. this team is really, really bad. on ehuge factor is their free throws. these guys can't hit them to save their lives

Question:
When a team is clearly in tank mode, do you guys lean under or over the total? One would assume these teams will lack defensive intensity, and obviously they will get their points and stats in hopes to make their next contract sweeter...thus overs are more likely, right? But then, i also have to assume the books know this and make the lines adjusted/inflated a bit to offset the tanking epidemic....maybe 1h overs, 2nd half unders?
Thoughts?

I've always been an over better when its 2 bad teams playing due to the lack of defensive effort like you mentioned earlier. So, it the suns are playing the nets I lean over all day long because in the 4th quarter neither of those teams lock down defensively to try and win a game. They are just getting theirs.

Im generally not a totals player, but sometimes I try to 'reverse engineer' the logic the books are using in determining the proper side.
An example would be tonight's Suns @ Pelicans game. This total is crazy high. Does that mean that the books expect the Suns to make this a competitive game? After all, we all know that a lopsided game in the 4th qtr tends to favor the under, unless the first 3 qtrs were lights out offense.
IDK, just an observation.
