i would say that banning people is not a good idea because we need to get used to who these people are and who they continue to be.  Banning people will just mean they can make up another id, join a vpn, or get a new internet connection or something.  It's kinda like people on here who are known to make really bad picks, losing picks etc.  Don't bash them too hard because some of us really need to make money off the fade material.  It's not like we should point these bad cappers out either, i mean how many in a row can we really win?  How many in a row can we really lose?  It takes a lot of skill and patience to be able to get used to all the different capper's picks.  Ride them while they're hot and fade them while they're cold.

So the guy moved "years" ago but can't provide proof of address.. nor could he talk on the phone. The agreement was scan it within 2 days and send it as stated above.. thing is it never came?
