Good try BUT your link leads to the JULY 03 release of a flawed "observational study"
by the same French team lead by Didier Raoult, that posted an earlier FLAWED French study.
As reported in Forbes at the time of the first FLAWED study by that French team:

A peer review of Raoult’s original study deemed “irresponsible”
"... As reported in Le Parisien, he listed a ten-point critique on the
methodology used in Raoult’s study. For example, trials are usually
conducted for a minimum of 14 days; Raoult used 6 days and
a control group wasn’t used.
Rosendaal claimed that “this study suffers from major methodological
shortcomings which make it almost, if not completely, uninformative.”
He went further to say, “the tone of the report, presented as evidence
... is unfounded... and, given the desperate demand for treatment for
Covid-19, coupled with the potentially serious side effects of
hydroxychloroquine, totally irresponsible”.
More recently, July 16 article posted in WIRED:
Hydroxychloroquine Still Doesn’t Do Anything, New Data Shows

Two more studies prove that
the much-hyped antimalarial doesn’t treat Covid-19.
"The so-called gold standard of drug trials is called an RCT, short for
Randomized Controlled Trial. "
The first French study by that team and the second "observational"
study by that same French team did NOT follow this scientific protocol.
Therefore inconclusive, at best.
The most recent evidence has been reviewed by Adm. Brett Giroir,
a member of trump's WH coronavirus task force, AUG 02:
“ At this point in time, there’s been five randomized controlled, placebo
controlled trials, that do not show any benefit to hydroxychloroquine,”
Giroir said. “So at this point in time, we don’t recommend that as a treatment.”
