Hillary was gonna lose either yesterday or in 2020.

No way one party wins 4 straight elections.

Yes bigvern its tough being on wrong side right? Anyone who saw the way Trump over performed about 5-9 pts or so in the primaries compared to as i and some not many, but some have said these biased lefty dem/minority over weighted MSM Zionist polls-----and kept  the CNN and MSNBC ect. pundits scratching their heads earlier in the year, were not surprised at all about last night to keep them head scratching. Obv. i was not 1 of them. If one took the time to study lesser known more objective polls/larger polls and adjust the over weighted dems under weighted rep. over sampled minorities under sampled whites----THAT WAS THE 5-9 hidden points, now trump IMOP under performed those #s nationwide but in the battle ground and semi compet. states he did just that. Thumbs up and down on UTUBE for Trumps rallies pro trump pred. vids and huge viewership of those compared to thumbs down for hers and her vids and pure # in att. at his rallies compared to hillarys gym and school yard rallies mostly, it gave a clear sense where the countrys head was and the FBI an. on nov. 30th was worth a few pts too. I will end by saying this, considering even in these phony MSM polls showing the race had tightened to just a few pts. (their few pts. not mine) on the LAST DAY---- nationally and in most battle ground states and trump ac. leading in others------ the books making you lay -500 or so, was so insane its beyond words. Its like taking a small fav in the nfl and instead of laying around the normal -180 or so on the ML you lay -500 and people were biting---sorry but whoever laid that should be ashamed of themselves i am sorry---not because hillary could not of won this cause she sure could have if she flipped a few pts in flo and flipped 1 other state, but the value and risk to lay that # considering the state of the race was frankly insane. The way people look at MSM MSM MSM polls from now on will never be the same and TRUSTED after this and brexit unfort. cause if this was a weekly thing to bet on bigvern and i would own our own islands.

What happened to that infamous post by Scal telling Big Vern to light his Trump bet ticket on fire and use it to warm his behind? That wasn't very classy Scal.

I agree...congrats on your wins...when are they going to call New Hampshire? It looks to be an automatic recount with Hillary up .1%.

Obv. i was not 1 of them.

I agree...congrats on your wins...when are they going to call New Hampshire? It looks to be an automatic recount with Hillary up .1%.

Well, I felt the need to bump this baby.

As of now, here is how the electoral map panned out:

    https://www.realclearpolitics.com/elections/live_results/2016_general/president/map.html

Michigan and New Hampshire are both still too close to call, and ultimately, the decision on whom to cast the electoral votes for will fall on the members of the electoral college themselves.

Clinton is ahead by a tight 1500 votes in New Hampshire...there is no law governing the way that NH electorates vote, so I am hopeful that they will run with the pack and cast them for Trump. That is a very real possibility.

Trump is ahead in Michigan, but it is tight. I guarantee that the DNC is lobbying to get Clinton those electorates. Will be interesting to see which way those go....

I have a little wager out there on NH +240, so still monitoring this situation. IF both states go trump, then he will post 310 electoral votes.....lots of political capital there.

Very instructive to see riots and protesting in city streets after the Trump win though......whiners, poor losers, and lack of sportsmanship. These people clearly never competed at anything in their lives. Never got their behinds kicked before and were forced to tip their collective hats.

NO participation trophies here........you either win or lose. On to the inauguration.

    BUMP

I am curious if the recount efforts are successful, will the books want their money back?

So much for "excepting the results of the election"! Hillary supporters are shameless.

I actually thought I would have to wait until inauguration day to get a payout. The bet was next president of the united states, not next president-elect, so I figured I'd have to sweat out possible assassination attempts for a couple months lol.

But I think it's sort of like an MMA fight that gets paid out, then the fighter tests positive for banned substances and it gets changed to a no contest or something, they don't get their money back.

None of these bets were on a Vegas Board or you would have to wait until He makes it safely down Penn Avenue after the Swearing In.

Bookmaker paid me in full, even on the state prop bets by 12 noon Wednsday, November 9.

Honestly, I was surprised by how fast they gave up the cheddar. BUT, I will not be giving any back due to recount funny business...If they go that route I will close my account. (Been open since 2002!)

they have a reputation on paying out before an event is final so they are a great book to use for futures

It's fun to go back on threads like these and read the posts.

Ahhhhh, the good ole days, when Shillary was going to be President because a Republican could never win a national election.

    Great President? That is laughable.

Take a look at the racial divide in this country, what with the Black Lives Matter etc. This happened on Obama's watch.

This clusterfuckk in Syria....Happened on Obama's watch

Here is why he may go down as one of the worst Presidents ever: The national debt when he took office was 10 Trillion, today it is just under 20 trillion. Basically doubled our national debt in the short time he was president. Anyone would do better than this jagoff

"Sentimental" was an attempt at sarcasm.

Obama was the worst president of our time. Wall Street made more than ever, Arab spring destabilized a great portion of the third world, terror attacks and racial divide in the Western World are at all time highs.

Yet advocates for Obama will never accept any of these points as truth. They are undeniable in every way. He has not delivered on one single campaign promise in 2008:

    1) Health Care is outrageously expensive and unfeasible for most

    2) The US is still actively at war in Afghanistan

    3) The US is more divided today than ever, both racially and economically.

To put it simply, Barack Obama was a shill for everyone except the American people. He is the worst president in the history of the United States. Good riddance.
