No, I don't think civilians should ever be killed. I do think the US and their allies should look at the role they're playing in these attacks.

I think the U.S. is the greatest country in the world. I wouldn't trade our problems or history with any other country in the world. People from all over the world swarm to get here even though some of them hate the United States. They come because they know it is the greatest country.

He believed we wouldn't attack him. He was wrong. And then, we were wrong. Saddam was as good as it gets... I agree we should've learned something from this but not to be. And now more countries are "unstable" than ever before in the middle east.
You do seem to either overlook or minimize 911 and the attack on the Cole in 1999, or to even go farther back the Iranian Hostage Crisis. You act like we are the sole aggressor here. If Saddam would've used the weapons we knew he had, people would've blamed Bush. I can hear it now "What did he know and when did he know it" "He had the support of Congress and the world and did nothing". So Detox, you can't have it both ways. Are we better off abstaining?
