This is all completely ridiculous....teams tank this isn't news..and maybe coaches are even incentivized to do it from time to time..but how does this make it racist?...u gonna tell me that only black coaches were offered these incentives?.....all this is gonna do is show what many have long thought or known for a long time...and that is...that sports leagues are inundated with corruption....is anyone really that surprised by this??

I gotta say, these child actors do one hell of a job selling the whole thing. At first, it’s hard to believe those aren’t real footballs. Credit to the production crew for inputting the sound effects to make the nerf footballs sound like 20-pound sandbags.

His "legal" team reminded him what happened with The Kaep Crusader when his SF Wins went south and his Losses went wayyyy north and the league could see that DCs had him figured out.  Strategy:  Make a stink...make demands they knew couldn't/wouldn't be met...take a multi-million payout to go away.

If owners are paying coaches "Bonus" $$$money to win/lose games it would explain why we see a multitude of ridiculous coaching moves.  Reminds me years ago when Jets coach Rex Ryan kept Mark Sanchez in a meaningless exhibition game vs the Giants in the 4th quarter, Sanchez gets sacked breaks his throwing shoulder and is never able to throw downfield again.  All Ryan said was he wanted to win because it was the Giants???
