Just a heads up that Penney is out against the Tigers. Most of the offshore books still haven't adjusted the opening line of Breakers -8.5.

Look for the Aussie agencies to crunch that number right in a few hours time so a free middle is available.

I always find it amusing when a player gets hyped up in the media for being out, yet they neglect to mention other Important team news. Also significant but not even mentioned in the same news reports, no Crosswell for the Tigers tonight and of course still no Anstey (but obviously that one is very well known).

i didn't know Greer was out.

Croswell is solid, Greer is up and down, extra minutes for the like of kendall Corletto Mckinnon and Worthington doesn't make it a big deal for mine. Playing 32 minutes of 40 should be pretty easy.

Thanks Rob

Has anyone got the opening total for the O/U?

I now sportstab has not adjusted its total just its payout but am not sure of others such as Luxbet and Sportsalive.

Not sure what the opening total was. I got 167.5 earlier in the day and it's stayed there.

Okay I know why now.

Jonathan Lowe at Sportpunter has updated his spreadsheet with a bet on the OVER.

Someone mentioned media hype earlier in this thread, how about the media TRIPE - the opening par of the Fox Sports News intro reads, "The New Zealand Breakers have caused a massive upset, with a come from behind win over the Melbourne Tigers"

How fcuking out of touch is the broadcast network of this god forsaken competition ?!
