SEMIFINALS CENTRALFLAGUY VS TAYLORSALLSTARS

Centralflaguy will battle Taylorsallstars in what should be an exciting Semifinal matchup here in the Battle Forum. CFG is a protege of the Masterone style of battling while Taylor is a sharpshooter. The action may be a little slow in this one but it's going to be intense. Can CFG afford to sit back and wait while Taylor continues his hot streak. Taylor is 12-2 in his last 14 picks. That is something that CFG will have to consider if he's going to sit back and wait. On the flip side Taylor has to keep up his sharp shooting ways because falling behind CFG early plays right into his hands. So it's going to be an interesting battle between these two Gladiators who are in the Semifinals for the 1st time.

CFG just remember that I always post the format and the rules before each Battle Forum Tournament. It will be titled "Gladiators Please Read" I do this because as the veteran Gladiators know each Tournament is slightly different. That way you guys don't get bored with the same format all the time. 

TAYLORSALLSTARS FALTERS AS CFG IS MIA

It really does appear that CFG has stolen not a page out of Masterone's book but in fact he has stolen the entire book. CFG was still out celebrating his victory when this battle began but Taylor couldn't take advantage of his absence. The normally sharp shooting Taylor had his first losing day of the Tournament going 1-3 and losing 386 points in the process. Now with CFG still on vacation Taylor has to find a way to get back on track.

THE BATTLE IS ON!

Taylorsallstars and Centralflaguy both had positive gains yesterday as this battle heats up. Taylorsallstars is back on point after going winning his only pick. That follows up his 400 point gain on Tuesday. CFG kept pace with a 4-4 day but still gained 59 points.

The Tigers in the arena saved CFG from an unpleasant Saturday, as they held Taylor back while CFG found his adventures in the deserts of Arizona to be a mistake. Still CFG hung on to a lead over Taylor as the first week of this battle nears an end.

            TAYLOR GAINS GROUND

CFG should consider himself very fortunate that he's not in the hole thus far. After treading water for the 3rd day in a row CFG has found his lead has shrunk to 13 points. CFG has yet to record a triple digit gain in this tough Semifinal Battle. Meanwhile Taylor is throwing haymakers as he records his 3rd triple digit day. He gained 200 points yesterday and is in a good position as we start Week 2 in this matchup.

Both Gladiators posted triple digit gains on the same day for the first time in this battle. CFG was finally able to make a decent gain as he went 3-1 and gained 170 points. Taylor rebounded from a losing day on Monday to gain 200 points when he went 2-0. This battle is heating up as we enter the final 5 days.

Centralflaguy has fallen to the unrelenting pressure of Taylorsallstars. CFG had his worst day of this Semifinal battle going 1-3 and losing 165 points. Meanwhile Taylor went 4-2 to gain 160 points. Taylor has now gained 160 points or more in 4 of the last 5 days. The pressure is mounting on CFG to make steady gains as we head into the final stretch.

 Centralflaguy has bounced back to take the lead away from Taylorsallstars heading into Saturday's games. CFG gained 179 points going all-in at 5-3. Meanwhile Taylor lost his only game losing 128 points in the process. As of Saturday afternoon Taylor was able to make some of it back but this battle has intensified in the last couple of days as we predicted. It's definitely going down to the wire.

Both Gladiators struggled as they put up negative numbers. Centralflaguy is winning the war of attrition though so far. Taylorallstars has put up a rare 2 negative days in a row. Taylor lost 132 points yesterday. Today is the day for these Gladiators as only 79 points separate the two. It's going to be a wild day to see which Gladiator makes it to the Championship Game.

Taylorsallstars defeated CFG as CFG had his worst day of the Tournament losing 569 points by going 1-5. It was a bitter end for CFG who fought a great battle. Taylor went 4-3 and only lost 3 points. It was enough thanks to CFG's meltdown to put Taylor in the Championship Battle against his Dad SixBankz.  Congratulations to Taylor.
