Come on man.  The books are never dumb....this is one game and it sure won't deter me.  Track this opportunity and assess it's value.  It looks mighty promising to me.

It would be interesting to see how this works when the unders are heavily favoured and the expectation of high scoring is low....i.e., is this prop 75% successful with 5-120 totals vs. 55% with 5.5-120?

I wasn't referring specifically to him. When reading some of the posts, i got the impression that some thought it was a gimme prop (i believe one poster even mentioned blind betting). I agree that this specific bet had some good value and I did bet on it myself. I just am not so quick to make general statements about the prop. I do agree that further analysis will be insightful.

you must have been writing that as I was writing the above.  It may not be 30% after all lol.. I would still say less than half but who knows without proper research I suppose.

i would only play this prop when you think it will be a low scoring game or shitty offense teams.

st louis blues or Minnesota wild's games for example seem like this owuld be a good prop because they have good defense.
