Hes been doing this forever, every time he does a thread and says a certain team is "lock" = hes betting big on the other team. So I don't know where ure going with this...

i really couldn't care less who/what/how he claims to have wagered on.the bottom line is this guy is definately  short a few cards of a full deck.
