Your right DYK, already did a little sprinkle on the Blues +235 who are 3-2 last 5 vs Canes..
Last time out on January 13 2026 in St.Louis HOFER and the Blues shutout the Canes +BUSSI 3-0, hard to ignore that one..
For sure the Blues look "Live" and are hot going 4-1 last 5 played..
I also don't mind the Sharks +136 in Boston, Sharks have won 2 in a row vs Boston and are coming off 3 losses in a row. 2nd game of the road trip after coming off a road thumping in Buffalo last time out. Sharks also have losses to St.Louis + Islanders during that stretch. Boston is coming off 3 straight home wins after alternating home + road losses.. The chances of Boston catching San Jose with no effort in this game are unlikely. Sharks will be a "live" dog in this one as well as I expect a top effort from the youngsters..

Ya, Sharks were on my list, but B's have been very solid at home, boasting 25-8-1record which is akin to teams Home records like Carolina and Colorado. Also Boston Special teams: they draw a lot of penalties per game, and Sharks commit more than most, so B's have another advantage there.
Last thing that got me off them was Swayman - he has been excellent lately, and Sharks are still searching for their answer at Goalie. Don't disagree with Sharks as a play in the situation you described catching Boston flat off Home win, but too many other factors where B's dominate for me to bet them at such short odds. If I could get them at +170, I'd be on them for sure. +135 not so much.
Good luck - you are on fire lately. Keep it up.
