I agree...Anaheim is completely undervalued and it's based on last year's overall team performance. However, this year, they have tightened up, defensively, and they have 6 legitimate scorers. Anaheim is a very deep team and I'll play them at even money 9 out 10 times. I don't understand why LA should be the play tonight. Does anyone have any answers?

This is the first time this season that I've made a play on Chicago so I wouldn't say that they're one of my favorite teams to wager. We all know Chicago is capable of being offensively explosive on any given night which is why we won't see Chicago have line value on too many occasions. Tonight, however, is one of those nights you'd expect to see them @ -140 or higher and because they're essentially even money, fellas are taking a chance by wagering with the sharps. I refuse to be sharp with this game. Is Calgary capable of stealing one tonight? Absolutely. However, I'm taking a chance with Chicago's top two lines playing against the worst defensive unit in hockey. I'm minimizing the fact that Chicago is playing b2b after a tough ot loss and that Emery is starting tonight. Actually, I like Emery more than I like Crawford and I believe that adjusted oddsmaker lines in relation to starting goaltenders are usually unjustified. Theyres multiple x/o matchups that I favor with Chicago as well as other intangibles...we'll see.
