Panthers at Hurricanes for Game 2

 Pens fan at heart but I just can't help admire this Florida team. I have for 4 years, but the more I watch them, the more they impress. It starts with Zito but I really think it's more Maurice. They play hard and it's the same thing every night...hit, hit, hit. How can a hockey purest not like what they put on the ice. Has nothing to do with loyalty.

Well so much for angles and stats, at least for this one. Bottom line: the Florida Panthers are just too fucking deep and in my opinion are a better team than last year's squad, which won the coveted NHL trophy.

 An Elite team would be obviously the team that is about to be in the Finals for 3 straight years…Vegas who recently won a Cup…Oilers with the best player on the planet…Stars are real solid too…

A team has a good regular season record so they’re ELITE!

Does an ELITE team get beat by 8 to 9 goals at home in just two game? Does an ELITE team have 14 total shots on goal?

Not even a charity goal allowed by the Panthers in the 3rd period this time. 

I quit watching at the end of the 1st period. The fans in that arena must’ve been beyond bummed. It’s Game 2 of the series and yet you’re made to feel like it’s your team’s final home game of the season.

@MrBator if Carolina gets one on the road... we looking to run this back in Game 5?
