I have never watched a hockey game in my life - and Hockey isn’t really a big deal here but I am a Dane - is there any chance at all we could win this or are the remaining teams too good ? (Because if there is a chance I might watch it - the ishockey community over here went pretty ecstatic when we beat the Canadians at least)

Congratulations to your Danes beating Canada (NHL Professionals). Even though they didn't win a medal, Denmark should be extremely proud of their team's accomplishments at the World Hockey Championship!

Can't really read to much here. Im going to go with my gut and pick the USA although I can really see this going either way. To me its all about the first goal. Americans can come back if they go down 1. If that happens than we get a way better price on the USA. If USA scores 1st than I don't see the Swiss being able to play catch up. Americans will build off that 1 nil lead and make 2 nil or 3 nil. Swiss can't comeback imo. In that scenario you take USA -1 regulation already up 1 nil. Maybe it might be -140?
So although I'm taking the USA I'm waiting for the 1st goal to be scored to see which bet I make. I really hope Swiss score first because live betters will feel this game will go the same was as the round robin and probably pound Switzerland meaning we get a wayyyy better price on the USA. If USA scores first be ready for the line to come out -1 Reg, if its too juiced than even the 1.5 will be a play.
Consequently I would feel more safe predicting the USA if they were playing against the Fins, Swedes, Czechs or even Canada but its the fact that Switzerland has been chasing this for a while as well. They were in the final last year and they are hosting next year. Will they be hosting as Defending Champions or with the narrative of 2 time Silver Medalists finally make good on their 3rd try on home ice? Who knows
