Oh cool man, I'm originally from Alberta but moved to Ontario at 18 so never had the pleasure of betting sport select out there...wow sounds even worse than here lol.
Yeah my personal preference is to have a few different books to get the best odds. Even if it's only 5% better it adds up and makes a difference over time. And I find each book has their own little niche so just find a couple you like and trust and dive in.

SportsInteraction is great for taking underdogs espiecially in hockey. They love bumping spreads up. Never had a problem getting paid from them. I would also recommend Bet365.
You learn more from losing than winning. You learn how to keep going.

I have dealt with sportsinteraction for years and love it because they do juice the favourites quite heavy. I have 3 online books and use this one primarily for taking underdogs. If your sharp you can catch the odd line mistake as well and pounce.

yes but no cash out feature... I think they really should have it at this point. At a minimum it just helps alot if you made a mistake or wish to cash out and change your bet before a game starts.

Since when is proline regulation? it's not. It's moneyline.
also sportsinteraction is the biggest scam, I did all there bullshit sent in everything. deposited 100 bucks, built it to 5k in a month or 2 (wicked hot run)
than they banned my account for some stupid reason. also like stated above, they would constantly limit my bets.

its moneyline for regulation time. If the game goes to OT you lose. for that you need to bet draw. so if your team wins 2-2 in OT you still lose the moneyline bet . unless they have changed it in the last year or so?
