Wong teasers still valid?

Inspite of significant adjustments made by the books?  Sweetheart teasers...esp w lower Totals... any utility in today's NFL betting mkts? One gent here last season I believe had quite a bit of success with these.  Yet,everything I read do not recommend. Thoughts?

Why wouldn't they still be valid ?? 

Hard part these days is not getting squeezed with anything more than $1.20
