To actually answer the question... pretty much any online book will give you that option. I have used www.betus.com and www.betphoenix.com and both have offered those type of teasers. I would venture to guess that nearly every book is the same. My local gives me 6, 6.5, 7, 9, 12, and 15 point teaser options.

6 = 2 teams -110, 6.5 = 2 teams -120, 7 = 2 teams -130, 9 = 3 teams -110, 12 = 4 teams -110, and 15 = 5 teams -110. BOL!
