Going 0 in 10? According to basic statistics, IF and only IF you view each side as a 50% winner (a coin flip) for 2 outcomes, the math would be:
(1/2) x (1/2) x (1/2) x (1/2) x (1/2) x (1/2) x (1/2) x (1/2) x (1/2) x (1/2) = I don't have my scientific calculator on me to turn this decimal into a fraction.
Either this above or (1/2)^10. If you don't understand math, that's (1/2) to the 10th power.
Then again, one could argue that these sides are not 50/50. In a baseball post a while back when the Yankees lost as -380 favorites to a visiting Kansas City Royals, an interesting comment was made. "Does -380 mean a SURE win? Or does it mean that you just have to win 1 out of 4 to break even?" If you chose the latter, 1 out of 4 to break even, that means that every choice you make in sports betting is 50/50...

You posted your comment before I could submit mine. It also looks like we are somewhat "college" educated with a basic statistics class under our belt. Then again, that's assuming that these are 50/50 scenarios but that can be argued with that these are NOT 50/50 scenarios..

Hey, some ppl need to see the math to understand the process that arrives to the solution. But thank you for converting to the decimal to the fraction form. Also, going 0-10 and going 10-0 are the exact same odds. Again, assuming that these are 50/50 scenarios, which can be argued with..

The odds are that you're due for a winning streak of AT LEAST 10 or more.
Multiply your normal bet size by 10...then roll every winner into the next bet.
(Isn't that how it works?)

Hahaha some of these comment are great. I did say I would have went Giants if I bet it and said fade away. Woulda been 0-11. Ive never had this happen in 8-9 years of bettinng. Over all I lost about $600-700 but $300 of that was profit. Ill wait until next Saturday and post my in the NCAAF. Lol! What a s*****y ride
