Seattle won a CLOSE game 31 - 27 but did they OUTPLAY LA, or just fortunate?


Key stats: 10 drives each team!

1st downs:    RAMS   26    vs    24
Net yards:    RAMS  479  vs   396
OFF YPP:      RAMS   8.3  vs   6.1
Turnovers: Seattle gained lucky TO at Rams 17 for an easy TD.
45+yd drives:      5 each
QB Sacked:   RAMS   1   vs   3

Keeping in mind Seahawks had the benefit of HFA
And since the game was decided by just 4 pts, that lucky break at RAMS 17 was the difference in the outcome.

When they face New England, Seahawks won't have the benefit of homefield again.

Seahawks fortunate? Maybe a lil, but Sea/Rams are the two best teams in the NFL, and by DVOA Sea is the 6th best team EVER, which is 6 slots ahead of the LOB era 2013 team, I don't think ppl understand how good they are. The Pats haven't played a defense like Seattle's this year.
