That was totally inexcusable to not take a timeout with 1:35 left. Absolute loser call their.

Shanahan is officially a tragic figure with a tragic flaw. He can’t finish. I thought his team did all it could to win that game but his playcalling in crucial moments absolutely failed them. They were on the 50 and moving the ball with ease, mixing the pass with the run. Then 4 straight passes including a 50 yard bomb in 3rd and 10?! A low percentage play if there ever was one. He was conservative when he should have been aggressive and aggressive when he should have been conservative. It was a problem all year (especially in their 3 losses) and he never figured it out.

This is going to be extremely difficult to bounce back from next year. Frisco is going to be a good fade team, especially laying points.

Mix the pass and the run...the run was succeeding...you have the ball...score the TD and don't give the ball back to Mahomes with time.

Even with the bomb, if it hits, Mahomes gets the ball back.

You finish the game with the star on the sidelines and no time left.
