10 fins 9 buffalo -  though there seems to be an overwhelming confidence in the bills since the cappers have been posting. public + cappers on the same page spells disaster.

the bills are favored because of everything u just stated.... they lost a close game to the pats and the phins got crush by the titans.... plus the bills are at home on a short week...

dont forget the phins can run the ball and the bills tend to come out flat after giving their all vs teh pats just to lose anyway
