I did a google search for "did NFL burn helmets", "did buffalo bills burn helmets", "did nfl burn football helmets after head injury", etc... and found nothing.  Not sure what burning a helmet would accomplish?  When I played HS ball, helmets were thrown away if they got a crack in them.

Not hard to post a credible source or link of anything factual in 2022 regarding something as bizarre a claim as burning helmuts.

If it was mentioned 100s of times, it would have a digital footprint somewhere.

Just move on and come up with another Pinocchio tale,,,there's no shame in being a fictional writer on covers,,,just own it, unless you're embarrassed about not being able to go a single day without lying.
