 I just want to know why they can’t use replay assist to make the correct call. Take the human error out of the officiating and make the game better. It’s really that simple.

No. That would slow the game down way too much. At what point do you draw the line here? You can make the case that a penalty occurs on damn near every play. 

dolphins down 13 under a minute and tua is dinking and dunking   if you're really trying to win you throw bombs. an interception doesn't matter if you really care about winning

They don't want that reviewable, the ref flags is what gives the power of rig.

 I agree that you would have to attempt to draw the line somewhere. But PI which is the only penalty in the game that can literally be a 99 yard penalty should absolutely be reviewable as the consequences are enormous. And I also disagree with the “slowing the game down” argument. I don’t care if the game takes another hour if the right calls are made. I’d be willing to bet a lot of other fans feel the same way.

How about Miami going for two after that touchdown down and not converting to kill the over 

There was a sequence of three events in the fourth quarter that are extremely suspicious with the obvious intention on no more points being scored...... Very very odd

I see your point and there’s a good argument on both ends. But an extra hour or even an extra 30 minutes is a lot to extend a game by. However I’m not even sure it would matter. Plenty of times where officials have huddled up and still made the wrong call. 

Every team in NFL history- since the 2 point conversion came into play - would go for 2 there to make it an 11 point game and not 12.

I was literally just telling my uncle about how I think this works. And no, I cannot trust the %s on $ or amount of bets, but based on those, in my experience (especially in these primetime games), Vegas splits. 
the packers and spread had 6 or 7 tickets out of 10. (65%)
the over had 7 tickets out of 10. (70%)

When a game is played out and seemingly in favor of one of these sides (let’s say by halftime or after), the refs will attempt to control the outcome so that the handle is split. With the packers tonight, dominating 1h and in full control of the cover, the books needed an under to come in to split. This is when the flags come out. Trying to control the outcome. Do not want a packers and over, in which case 70% wins on side and total. The books lose on both. 
so…. What happens? 

also, had the dolphins converted their 2 point conversion in the 4th they would have been in position to backdoor the 3.5. In this case, the dolphins and over come in.

And just to be clear, I was planning on taking the dolphins pregame but did not get a bet in. Then, during conversation ingame decided to back it up with a wager based on this theory. So reputation was on the line. And, flags and more flags kept it under

 Bro, these games are not rigged but definitely controlled when necessary. How many cameras are at these primetime games? There’s probably a penalty on every play. But if the refs don’t throw a flag, we don’t get the close up video footage after the play to prove the penalty. And even when there is a flag that has no merit (according to the talking heads commentating, and our own eyeballs and common sense), the call will stand.

Do you understand what a check down receiver is?  The QB has 2 to 3 seconds to get rid of the ball.  If no one is open deep, he checks down, or gets knocked on his ass if he holds the ball too long.

Yeah, they did that specifically to target the over bettors.
