I am taking a longshot with the Packers at 50-1. The recent past history of this team has been the poor D. With Farve and a good D this team has a chance to make the playoffs and at 50-1 I will take my chances.

I am taking a longshot with the Packers at 50-1. The recent past history of this team has been the poor D. With Farve and a good D this team has a chance to make the playoffs and at 50-1 I will take my chances.
I took a stab at the niners to make it to the NFC championship game at 40-1...I think they have the tools....Their Def. is primed for a big year...Their running game took a hit with a few injuries but Their D is the best in their division I believe...Should be an intersting year for them...I see them beating St Loius twice and Taking Seatle when they are at home in San Fran....I see a 10-6 team at best....Huge sleeper might be worth value by the end of the season if you hit em up now......GL

Took the Colts at 7:1 while everyone was jumping all over the Patriots' Nut. Anthony Gonzalez was a great pick-up late in 1st round by Colts, and should be every bit as good as Stokely once was, if not better.
Also, S.D. getting way too much cred IMO with Norv Turner at the helm. This guy is no leader, and is better served as an Offensive Coordinator. All the pieces are in place for this team to be great again, but this is a point that can't be overlooked.

Decent sized long shot to win the AFC: Pittsburgh at 13-1. Roethlisberger is healthy. Santonio Holmes will compliment Hones Ward real well. Despite the loss of Porter the D will be solid. They're already playing hard for the new coach. And their home field advantage should return to being one of the best in the league.
LONG shot to win the AFC: Miami at 50-1. Trent Green should offer the offense some stability. Ronnie Brown is getting better every game he plays. Chambers and Booker are both adequate receivers. Their defense is still one of the best in all of football, especially the run D.
In all honesty, I think the Patriots win the AFC, but I like the value in Pittsburgh and Miami as long shots.

Definitely love the value you get in Pitts. The thing with this team is if they are healthy, they can beat the best in the AFC (Pats, Colts, Ravens, Chargers). Their D comes to play everygame and with good wideouts, more emphasis on Parker and Big Ben bouncing back, this could be a very dangerous club.
In the NFC, a couple longshots I like are SF, and STL. I still like the Saints to get to the Bowl but the West might be up for grabs so nice value in the 49ers and Rams imo.
